I ran across a post I had written several years back. So much has happened over the last few years and my children have grown up so much in that time, that I wanted to re-post it as a reminder to myself of what my dreams are for my girls.
Missed this list in '08. (I was a beginner blogger at that time.) But I am COPYING IT TO SAVE AND TO SEND to Peeps who may not read. And I will link you to anything I send out.
Kristin. This is positively the BEST. And what makes it "better than best" is...that you re-posted it.
Thank you SO much, my friend! Love...and PEACE! Steveroni
I've been wrapped up in myself and my own little misery, didn't notice you struggled through some of your own.
You make me grateful to know you in this last batch of stories, as you slogged through your challenges. Your life is a series of victories, big and little, and you prove that recovery gives us everything we need for the adventure of being human.
Great share - thanks for re posting. I have two daughters too, although they are just learning to read... Advice has such a calm power when it is written, there's just something about reading it for yourself that makes it resonate...
First time here and SOOOO glad you re-posted. I LOVE your list!!!! (Wish MY mom had told me that when I was younger!... I have had to learn it all the hard way!) #5 sound like what you are working on with the caffeine issue you wrote about on 12/4... so you are following your own advice! Good for you! :) (I am a Diet Coke addict and need to follow that advice too - ugh!)

Pay cash! That's my mantra, and hope I passed that on by example.
Your daughters DO have beautiful hair. That is a wonderful list! Wish I had thought to do the same many years ago.

Simply brilliant!! Thanks for re-posting since I wasn't reading your blog back the then.
Wonderful Kristin. I am sorry that I missed it back in 2008. It is priceless. I have copied it and emailed it to a friend as well.
